Our Process
Much like attorneys, we take process and protocol very seriously.
Step 1: Discovery Phone Call – A representative from Potenture will have a 30 minute consultation with you to allow us to have a conversation, develop a relationship and learn about your current and past challenges as a law firm and show you how we can help.
Step 2: Analysis and Recommendation – Since we already have over 13 years of combined law firm marketing experience on our side, during our initial 30 minute consultation, we will also give you a no-obligation quote and package recommendation to determine if we are a good fit for your law firm. Our marketing packages have been finely tuned and are designed to generate new leads and cases.
Step 3: Sales Video – If we deem that we are the right fit for each other, our team will construct a narrated and detailed video showing you how our marketing campaigns will grow your law firm. We are available for any and all followup questions that will arise.
Step 4: Sign On – Once everything is agreed upon, paperwork is signed and we begin the work. We have specific processes we follow each month along with tasks to complete.
